View SpecificationsIn the rapid modernization of Southeast Asia's logistics corridors, Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) acts as the central engine. Complex infrastructures, including the sprawling container terminals of Cat Lai Port, Saigon Hi-Tech Park (SHTP), and various industrial parks in Dong Nai and Binh Duong, require robust electronic surveillance frameworks. The key challenge is not just the software or camera sensor, but rather protecting the physical assets from the harsh environment. Protecting high-value optical sensors, laser rangefinders, and thermal imagers from Southern Vietnam’s challenging tropical conditions requires high-quality camera housings and pan-tilt mounts.
HCMC experiences a tropical wet and dry climate, characterized by high temperatures and high relative humidity (averaging 80–90% year-round). During the monsoon season, heavy rainfall and localized flooding create high levels of water vapor. For industrial surveillance cameras, this brings two key issues:
To address this, our custom dual-window camera housings use marine-grade stainless steel (SUS316L) and specialized powder-coated aluminum alloys. This ensures long-term protection, extending the lifespan of internal surveillance equipment from 1–2 years to over a decade.
While HCMC is a growing hub for system integration and localized assembly, the high-precision mechanical fabrication of camera housings and pan-tilt units remains centered in China. As a pioneer in the industry, Blue Icon (Tianjin) Technology Co. Ltd. (BIT-CCTV) leverages China's industrial ecosystem to deliver reliable systems:
Industrial camera enclosures and pan-tilt units are critical for several key infrastructure sectors in Southern Vietnam:
Building high-precision surveillance positioning platforms for demanding global environments since 2007.
Established in 2005, Blue Icon (Tianjin) Technology Co. Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the design, engineering, manufacture, and distribution of high-quality CCTV surveillance hardware. Our product range includes high-capacity pan-tilt positioners, long-range laser PTZ systems, dual-vision thermal imaging cameras, and environmental camera enclosures.
Explore the design details of our worm-gear drive systems and high-speed positioning hardware.
The BIT-PT510 is a compact pan-tilt unit with a top load capacity of 10kg/22lb. Driven by a high-precision stepper motor and a robust worm gear, it offers 360° pan rotation and ±60° tilt rotation at speeds up to 30°/S. This unit is ideal for camera housings, spotlights, and loudspeakers in traffic monitoring and perimeter defense systems.
Our most compact and lightweight unit, weighing only 3.5kg. Engineered for applications with tight space constraints and lighter payload requirements.
Designed for rapid-response applications, this unit rotates at speeds up to 100°/second. It features a wide tilt range of -90° to +40° for fast target tracking.
A popular choice for industrial sites, this heavy-duty unit is built to withstand harsh outdoor conditions with low maintenance requirements.
